The CSP has a new home! We are now – Envision’s College Success Program!

The CSP was recently acquire by Envision, www.envisionus.com, and has become a part of their William Hudson BVI Workforce Innovation Center. All elements of the CSP will continue to be the same but what does this change from Learning Ally to Envision mean for students who are blind and low vision, and the people who work with them? We conducted a webinar – Envision the Future of CSP: A Partnership Between CSP and Envision, Inc. – on Monday, December 13, 2021 to address this.

During this webinar we heard directly from Mary K. Alexander, Senior Director for Vocational Rehabilitation and Programs, and Director of the College Success Program, along with Karyn Page, VP, Innovation at Envision, Mika Pyyhkala, Director of Digital Accessibility, BVI Workforce Innovation Center, and Hannah Christenson, Envision’s Director of Community Programs. We heard:

  • Who Envision is and why they’re a perfect match for the CSP.
  • What has changed and what is staying the same with the CSP.
  • What supports Envision provides to those who are blind or low vision and the impact it has.
  • What new opportunities will be available to CSP members.
